The Digitization Audit tool is designed to help DIHs assess the digital maturity level of a manufacturing SME. It's also a great way for DIHs to meet potential new customers for their services.

Through a series of both technical and business questions, the tool will help identify key bottlenecks in the production process and provide the assessor with an overview of the manufacturing entity both in terms of where they are now and where they want to be in 3 years time.

It will help a local DIH expand its CRM database, obtain in-depth knowledge of its clients (KYC) and understand industrial sectoral challenges across Europe.
