Cristina is EDIH Digital Innovation Zone [North East Romania] coordinator and digital innovation strategist. With a strong business & finance background, she supports digital transformation in local SMEs and public hospitals by understanding the challenges they need to overcome towards Industry 5.0.

Cristina is developing several projects related to agile culture and human-robot interaction, with the purpose of creating a Workplace Innovation Lab, where the impact of digitalisation on human workers can be tested and improved.
