I am director of Digital Accelerator of Latvia (EDIH Latvia). The Digital Accelerator of Latvia is designed to promote digital transformation and innovation in Latvian companies and the public sector, to improve the competitiveness of Latvian companies and the quality of public sector services through new digital solutions and to increase investment in information and communication technology research and development.

I have more than 15 years work experience in e-government field (e-services development, planning, audit, working with developers), out of them more than 5 years work experience in project management related to communication and training activities - how to use e-services, e-signature, e-government platforms (target group - society (citizens and entrepreneurs) and mentors (digital agents and leaders)).
